Download and Install
Navigate to www.autodesk.com/education
Create a student profile by registering with your gatech.edu email address
Under free software, select the option for College and University Students
Select Autodesk Inventor Professional
Select your version, language, and OS, then proceed to download.
Relevant Export Formats
DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) - 2D vector export for use in the laser cutter & waterjet cutter.
